We are seeking a dynamic professional for this key position as part of a team responsible for working with our financial advisors to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Competitive compensation commensurate with experience • Incentive Plan • Excellent benefits, including a 401(k) Plan after 6 months of service, with employer contribution • Individual contribution and innovation is encouraged and recognized • Continuing education opportunities developed and provided onsite • Professional yet family atmosphere Primary Position Responsibilities • Provide support to the Financial Advisory Team • Prepare for, attend, and memorialize client meetings • Gather and synthesize data from clients and utilize the firm’s Wealth Management System • Develop and apply financial planning skills and expertise • Run scenarios, generate reports, and prepare presentation materials • Document client activities and communications • Complete new client onboarding tasks • Support varying levels of advisors in addressing the service needs of a diverse client base • If not already licensed, must obtain Series 65 within 6 months.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is required, with an emphasis in financial planning or business preferred • Minimum of 1-3 years of successful work experience required, with specific experience in wealth management, investment management, accounting, finance or a related field in a supporting capacity preferred • Series 65 preferred • Dedication to details with a high degree of accuracy • Organized, self-motivated, with initiative and a desire to learn, grow and succeed • Excellent communication and listening skills • Possess a passion for client service • Strong analytical skills required, with specific planning capabilities preferred • Ability to grasp financial concepts and new technology tools quickly, including our industry-specific software • Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment as part of a pooled team responsible for supporting multiple advisors • Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information at all times • Proficient with Microsoft Office software
