JOB DESRIPTION: Digital Associate - Marketing POSITION SUMMARY The Digital Associate – Marketing will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of digital assets including the corporate website, email templates and social media. This individual will also participate in strategy development and analysis of digital marketing campaigns and activities. In addition, he/she will contribute to other marketing and corporate initiatives as required.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES  Cross platform, front-end design and development • Website • Email • Social media • Landing pages  Work with digital team to brainstorm and implement improvements to digital assets including content, SEO and user experience • Troubleshoot/debug performance issues • Assist in the content, creation and editing of videos • Assist in the implementation of social media strategy including potential oversight of social media management software • Cultivate a deep level of knowledge and understanding of compliance rules related to broker/dealer and retail client advertising • Participate in projects related to retail, institutional, and firm-wide marketing priorities • Assist in the completion, production and review of quarterly updates of all digital and print materials. • Review and provide feedback and new ideas for further development of marketing initiatives Responsibilities are subject to change as position evolves and may vary by individual hired for this position.
QUALIFICATIONS • 3 – 6 years of relevant work experience in web development • Experience in the financial industry a strong plus • Digital and graphic design experience • Experience with digital marketing platform a plus • Knowledge of video optimization of web a plus • Self-motivated with an initiative and desire to succeed, and a strong focus on client service • Strong verbal and written communications skills along with a strong attention to detail • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive client information, and company data/information that has not been made public • Experience working in a team environment, with an emphasis on preparing deliverables with accurate data/information within tight deadlines

EDUCATION • Bachelor of Science degree required, preferably in web design/development, marketing finance, investments or related business discipline • Willingness to complete Investment FoundationsTM program through the CFA Institute to acquire a basic understanding of our business and industry.
