Primary Position Responsibilities: Collaborate with advisory team, TPAs and recordkeepers to onboard all new retirement plans; Supervise activities of retirement plan specialist in servicing all retirement plans; Conduct annual plan reviews and on-site participant education meetings; Review and manage workflows and processes for plan onboarding and on-going service requirements; Document client service requests and issues resolution; Keep advisory team up-to-date on plan status and key client and third party communications; Learn and embrace firm’s investment approach and philosophy; Stay abreast of current retirement plan environment and regulations including relevant DOL, ERISA, fiduciary rules and collaborate with compliance department on all related requirements; Work with management to review and vet existing technology, TPA, recordkeeper and custodian relationships.
