Engaging a client in a giving conversation can often be intimidating if you don’t know where to start. This session uses a case study approach to examine a sample client balance sheet and walk participants through how to identify, introduce and engage a client in effective asset-based giving conversations.
Learning Objectives:
1.) What characteristics of an asset could make it a good gift?
2.) How good questions can bring better understanding when evaluating an asset for potential gifting.
3.) How to prepare your clients for a good complex gift experience.
