For those with 10+ Years Experience:
Please join a panel discussion moderated by Brian Houts (Partner at Frazier Financial) on succession planning from an executives perspective. Partners at 3 of the largest RIA’s in Columbus have agreed to share their insights, experiences, and hard earned lessons from partnership transitions in their firm. This is limited to the first 25 to sign up, so please register ASAP. Audience participation encouraged so we can all learn and push the Financial Planning profession forward.
Panel Members:
Matt Kirby – Partner at Hamilton Capital
Scott Mizer – Partner at The Joseph Group
Jason Eliason – Partner with Waller Financial Planning Group
For those with less than 10 Years Experience:
Looking at the succession discussion as you are building a career is a very different perspective. While owners are figuring out how to let go of ownership and incentivize their teammates, those growing in their career are trying to navigate office politics and add value without pushing too hard. It is a fine balance and we will have a panel of those that are either in process or have done that and moved into partnership recently. This is limited to the first 25 to register.
Panel Members:
Mark Beaver – Partner at Keeler & Nadler Family Wealth, Board Chair for FPA of Central Ohio
Dominic Monk – Advisor with The Hedley Hoeger Group, Baird and National NexGen Local Leader Coordinator
Maddi Keegan – Owner of Minerva Wealth Planning, President Elect FPA of Central Ohio
There will be two panel discussions happening simultaneously. It will be hosted at Sequoia Financial Group at 5000 Horizons Drive, Columbus.
Deadline to register is by noon on March 17, unless we fill the spaces before then.
