Updates In Long Term Care Medicaid

Updates will be given on the many and complicated Medicaid regulations that effect our seniors. There have been substantial changes in the law since Sept. 2016 and the planning landscape has changed significantly. The speaker will go through those changes and briefly discuss the planning options still available to help clients qualify for Medicaid. This will assist attendees in identifying when Medicaid planning may be appropriate for a client and with issue spotting.
