Brief overview of the role and responsibilities: 

• Prepare for and participate in client meetings. 
• Create, develop, and edit client deliverables. 
• Collect, organize, and analyze client information.
•  Collaborate with advisors to prepare and make recommendations for client financial plans and investments. 
• Leverage technological platforms to support client service-related matters.
• Research issues for clients and take necessary action. 
• Embrace a highly tailored client-service philosophy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; major in financial planning, business administration, economics or related field preferred. 

• 1-3 years of relevant industry experience. 
• Series 65 preferred.
•  CFP® designation or certification 
• Strong analytic and communication (written and verbal) skills. 
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and be flexible. 
• Strong interpersonal skills. 
• Team player. 
• Working knowledge of financial planning software is a plus.
