The presentation will cover how recent changes to the federal estate tax laws have impacted clients’ estate planning objectives and decisions, common and increasing mistakes made on IRA beneficiary designations, developments regarding VA benefits and Medicaid planning, the continued importance of life insurance in estate planning, and common mistakes made with irrevocable Medicaid trust planning.
