Client Service Manager

Our growing financial advisory firm is seeking a client-centric team player with a great attitude. Our Client Service Manager will be interacting with clients of the firm on a daily basis and will be responsible for ensuring they feel welcome and valued by the organization. The day to day responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to: providing exemplary customer service in person and via phone, managing the workflow of client service requests, placing securities trades, management of insurance underwriting, and preparation of client reviews. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role, basic computer proficiency and a high level of attention to detail. Securities license Series 6 or 7 are strongly preferred, but allowances can be made to secure the licenses after employment. Most importantly, we are looking for an individual that is self-motivated with a team player spirit and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. We are offer a competitive salary (commensurate with experience) with bonus potential after one year, a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to grow with our family focused firm.
