Successful independent financial planning firm affiliated with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. is searching for a highly-motivated individual with experience in the financial services industry and the technical aspects of financial planning. Key responsibilities will include owning the financial planning process and producing and presenting financial planning documents to advisors and clients. Training on our specific systems and software will be provided but ideally this individual would take ownership of and optimize our systems and software capabilities. This person must already be familiar with and comfortable with terms and services within the financial industry. Additionally, performing business analysis and critical thinking must be a strength; including analyzing and answering detailed client questions, problem-solving scenarios and issues, and thinking ahead. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
• Create financial plans and proposals • Present plans and proposals to advisors and clients • Support executive activities • Run financial planning reports (Performance reporting, Riskalyze, Net worth statements and Morningstar Reports) • Compose e-mails, memos, correspondence, agreements, and other professional documents with various levels of detail to accommodate the differing needs and questions of staff and clients • Monitor fund models and initiate/engage/ collaborate on quarterly updates • Produce strategy meeting review documents • Keep staff informed of allocation variations and performance of all accounts We are a growing firm that is excited about adding the right member to our team.
